General Purpose

The Human Resources Director is a key member of the Hospital Leadership Team and focuses on building the overall team through recruiting and hiring of hospital staff, onboarding/training new employees and ensuring a positive overall culture at the facility. The HR Director delivers exceptional HR administration and compliance by maintaining employee files, also tracks and ensures all employee certifications are up to date. The HR leader uses team building, conflict resolution and strong communication methods to align individual and team performance with organization, vision, strategies, and mission. HRD leads the goal setting, performance management and annual compensation and benefits review processes. Manages and coordinates day to day HR activities such as benefits, leave management, worker’s comp, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum Work Experience Prior HRIS, Payroll, ATS, Electronic Onboarding, LMS experience preferred
  • Required Skills Ability to effectively create, identify and achieve goals and objectives in an environment of change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across organization.
  • Strong presentation skills, including exposure to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management skills.
