General Purpose

To supervise dietary services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, the facility's policies and procedures, and as may be directed by Administration and/or Dietitian.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School education with additional Dietary Manager training preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English
• Previous experience preferred
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
