Diamondback Healthcare Center  is a 94-bed subacute skilled nursing facility with numerous specialty services, including an in house dialysis den, high acuity ventilator-tracheostomy unit and skilled level memory care pavilion located in Phoenix, Arizona. Diamondback Healthcare Centerprovides a serene setting and compassionate care to our short stay rehabilitation patients and memory care residents. General Purpose

To provide direct nursing care to our residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, as directed by our Director of Nursing and Administrator, to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing, with current license. New graduates are welcome to apply 
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures and laws.
  • Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care is desirable.
