Diamondback Healthcare Center is a 94 bed subacute skilled nursing facility with numerous specialty services, including an in house dialysis den, high acuity ventilator-tracheostomy unit and skilled level memory care pavilion located in Phoenix, AZ. Diamondback Healthcare Center provides a serene setting and compassionate care to our short stay rehabilitation patients and memory care residents. General Purpose

To provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed and instructed in accordance with established federal, state and local dietary regulations, facility policies and procedures.  To assist residents to and from dining room for meals and to make mealtime pleasant and timely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions
• Must speak and understand English
• Demonstrate Positivity and excellent customer service
• Positivity toward the Elderly
