General Purpose
Providing caring and responsible medical transportation for residents to and from healthcare related appointments and events as needed, using company owned non-emergency medical transportation vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age 
• Minimum 3 years' experience providing medical transportation and/or medical care
• CNA Certification is a preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver's license with clean MVD record within the past 5 years
• Pass Criminal Background Check 
• Pass initial Drug Test, be willing/able to submit to random drug
• Able to lift (up to 70 lbs), or carry, push, and pull people in wheelchairs
• Safety and security minded, able to read and use GPS & other apps
