General Purpose

The Business Office Director’s role oversees general accounting, billing, human resources, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure the office runs efficiently. The BOD Supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the company through effective day-to-day management of resident demographic and financial data. Perform upfront collections, financial counseling, and data processing. Ensure the accuracy of information necessary in the billing and collections process.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience

Minimum Work Experience: 4 years of experience in accounts receivable in a healthcare institution with 1 year of experience in a leadership role is required.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions using current accounting software products.
